I offer Bradley Method® childbirth classes and birth doula services to the Treasure Valley in SW Idaho and Eastern Oregon.  My childbirth classes are focused on helping you to give birth naturally, without drugs and unnecessary interventions.  My skills as a doula shine the best and get the most use when the parents are planning a drug-free birth.  However, I am willing to help parents to have the most safe and satisfying birth possible, whether that includes pain medications or not.  I believe in attachment parenting and breastfeeding, and so I'll do whatever I can do to help you to have a long and rewarding breastfeeding relationship with your baby.  Click on the links on the upper left-hand corner of this page to learn more about my services.
